Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation Seeks Partners Around the Nation

The Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation

The 15th anniversary of 9/11 is upon us. The Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation (tunnel2towers.org), which hosts the annual memorial in New York City as well as other initiatives, hopes to do its utmost in an effort to honor and remember those lives that have been lost as a result of that tragedy and its resultant wars.

Creating relationships with first responders and veterans, nationwide, is something the organization views as powerful and resonant. Fire departments, police departments, first responding associations and organizations, and veterans’ groups are the outfits that they are seeking to partner with in the long term.

The organization is seeking two things:

1. A sustainable & uniform presence at as many of their events as possible to showcase camaraderie, solidarity, and support. This has included Boy Scouts of America, ROTC Cadets, Pace University Women’s Basketball team, Sheepdog Impact Assistance, and the like

2. Volunteer Event Directors in communities nationwide. The ones on the map thus far for 2016 include but are not limited to:

  • Charlotte, NC
  • Rochester, NY
  • Buffalo, NY
  • Bristol, RI
  • Jefferson City, MO
  • Mobile, Al
