A Texarkana (TX) firefighter was seriously injured in a wall collapse at a Monday morning fire.
KSLA reported (http://bit.ly/1nHh0bP) that Driver/Engineer Dakota Huddleston was listed in fair condition at a medical center in Shreveport after a cinder block wall collapsed on him as he conducted firefighting operations at a home workshop in Doddridge, Arkansas.
Structural Collapse Under Fire Conditions
Dakota reportedly has a broken leg and pelvis, several broken vertebrae, and a punctured bladder.
Huddleston reportedly tried to force entry to the structure, and the collapse occurred as he turned to leave.
