It achieved 20 points of accreditation in record time, including in-house instruction and quality improvement. In the Medical Priority Dispatch System, dispatchers ask specific questions so they may send the most appropriate apparatus in the most suitable response mode. They also provide phone instructions for all life-threatening emergencies.
