Thermal Imaging Used to Find New Hampshire House Fire

Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera to find a fire in a Hanover (NH) home that had been struck by lighting, reports The Associated Press (http://bo.st/JiQSzP).

The home filled with smoke after being struck so the family called the fire department. The crew arrived to a smoke-filled home but there was not a visible fire.

Using the camera, they found the fire in a dining room wall and extinguished it.
