Toledo (OH) – A third charge has been added to the crimes against Randy Linn of St. Joe, Indiana, who is accused of burning a Toledo mosque in September.
Linn was charged in October with one count each of intentionally defacing, damaging, and destroying religious property and using a fire to commit a felony.
A federal grand jury on Tuesday indicted the 52-year-old Linn on an additional charge of using and carrying a firearm to commit a crime of violence.
