Huntsville police have released the names of three people who died as a result of a Sunday house fire.

The three victims were John Wright Jr., 80, Betty Wright, 78, and Phillip Wright, 47. One of the victims died Monday, and the others died Tuesday, authorities said.

Huntsville Fire & Rescue dispatchers received a call at 10:30 p.m. of a fire at a single-family residence in the 7800 block of Perry Street.

Crews arrived to find the home heavily damaged by fire. Neighbors alerted firefighters that three people were trapped inside the house. They were soon pulled out and transported to Huntsville Hospital with serious injuries.

It took about 30 minutes for crews to get the fire under control.
