Three Separate Apartment Fires Displace Dozens in the Nashville (TN) Area

According to a report from WKRN, the residents of 56 different apartment units have now been displaced after three large fires struck the South Nashville area over the past five days.

On Wednesday, seven firefighters and three residents were hospitalized after a fire at the Foxcroft Apartments.

On Saturday, residents from 21 units at the British Woods Apartments near the airport were displaced.

Now, on early Sunday morning, a fire erupted in the 600 block of Brentwood Place at the Arbors, where Nashville Fire Department crews worked to contain the two-alarm fire that was reported just after 4 a.m. off Edmonson Pike.

According to the NFD, crews arrived on scene to find heavy smoke and flames coming from one unit.

The scene remained active as crews worked to extinguish the flames. The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
