First responders reported to crashes involving three commercial rigs and seven cars on an interstate today in West Knox County, Tennessee.
According to the News Sentinel (http://bit.ly/1s0j114), the crashes were reported at 7:58 a.m. on Interstate 40.
At least one tractor-trailer rig had pinned a car against the concrete barrier wall, pinning the occupant. Other occupants involved in the multi-vehicle crash reportedly had minor injuries.
