Twenty Units Damaged in Ponte Vedra (FL) Condo Fire

Two people have minor injuries after a condominium complex caught fire Monday morning, reports firstcoastnews.com.

St. Johns County Fire Rescue got a call about a three-alarm fire around 4:40 a.m.

SJCFR crews found smoke and flames coming from within the structure when they arrived on scene. According to SJCFR, 20 units were damaged in one building, which is at a total loss. SJCFR estimates the cost of damage is in the millions.

SJCFR firefighters worked to extinguish the fire at Bellezza At Ponte Vedra, located off Boardwalk Drive with assistance from Jacksonville Fire Rescue and Jacksonville Beach Fire Rescue.
