Two people died in a fire in a building on South Main Street Friday afternoon, reports The Hartford Courant (http://cour.at/1DqaDOO)
State police from Troop D were alerted to the fire about 1:48 p.m. The Brooklyn Fire Department found one person in the building initially, and after putting out the fire found another.
The genders of the victims and their identities have not yet been released.
