Firefighters responded last Friday to a mobile home fire that killed two people in Salem, Oregon.
The fire occurred at a home in a mobile home park in the northwest side of the city, according to a report from the Statesman Journal (http://stjr.nl/XRJiAD). Dispatchers received a call at 7:10 p.m. reporting fire and heavy smoke coming from a mobile home. Salem Fire Department and Marion County Fire District No. 1 firefighters responded to the two-alarm fire.
Firefighters extinguished the fire in approximately 40 minutes, but the home was deemed a complete loss.
