Dallas (TX) – Dallas (TX) Fire Rescue has opened an investigation into the handling of an asthma patient during a recent emergency.
Clarence Gray asked his wife to call an ambulance on December 7 because he wasn’t feeling well. He was having an asthma attack and couldn’t breathe, according to FOX 4.
A fire truck arrived within six minutes of the call, and paramedics arrived three minutes later. However, when they arrived, Gray’s wife, Eboni, said there was no sense of urgency. She said the paramedics expected her to drive her husband to the hospital instead of taking him in an ambulance.
