Vacant MD Home Collapses After Heavy Fire

According to a report from FOX5DC, a raging fire in a single family home in Rockville, Maryland, later caused the structure to collapse.

Montgomery County (MD) Fire & Rescue Service (MCFRS) crews responded to the home at 14300 Marion Drive around 3:15 a.m. Thursday.

Neighbors said the house was vacant for some time, echoing the thoughts of fire officials. 

MCFRS officials said the collapsed home is a total loss. No injuries were reported in the incident.
