Video: Firefighters Respond to Two-Alarm Bridgeport (CT) House Fire

Fire photographer and videographer Keith Muratori shared video of companies operating at a second-alarm fire on Seaview Avenue in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

At approximately 4:40pm on December 1, 2022, the Bridgeport Fire Department received multiple calls for a fire in a three-family house at 2168 Seaview Avenue. Ladder 10 was first on scene reporting heavy fire showing from the rear of the 3 1/2-story, wood frame, multi-family house.

All occupants appeared to have self evacuated, but fire personnel rescued several kittens and a dog from the fire. Unfortunately there were reports that at least one cat perished in the fire.

At one point during operations, members were ordered out of the structure on account of deteriorating conditions. By the time recall was put in, members had battled fire on every floor of the structure.
