A firefighter in Maine died after responding to a fire call and subsequently going into cardiac arrest.
On Tuesday afternoon, April 28, 2020, Jackson (ME) Lieutenant Harold “Eddie” Moore, Jr., 42, responded to a fire at a residence. Later in the evening, after arriving home, Lieutenant Moore suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away.
Lieutenant Moore had 25 years of service.
