Buffalo (NY) firefighters of the 4th Battalion 3rd Platoon were hampered by high winds and cold temperatures when responding to this recent structure fire.

The fire on Busti Ave., which went to two alarms, left 11 homeless. Division Chief Patrick Brittzalaro was in commmand.
