Charles Slemp Goes with Seagrave
Charles Slemp, one of the best known fire apparatus men in the West and for several years secretary of the Oklahoma State Firemen’s Association, has joined the selling forces of the Seagrave Company, and will continue to work his old territory, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas.
Mr. Slemp will establish his headquarters at the Dallas, Texas, branch office of the Seagrave Company, where he wm assist C. K. ‘Haynes. Mr. Slemp was formerly Southwestern representative of the Stutz Fire Engine Company, with headquarters at Oklahoma City.
Besides his connection with the Oklahoma Firemen’s Association he was an active firefighter for a number of years as chief of the Anadarko, Okla., fire department.
