CHIEF FRANK RAMBY.

CHIEF FRANK RAMBY.

Chief Frank Ramby, who has been appointed head of the fire department of Dayton, Ohio, in the place of Daniel C. Larkin, who has resigned that position after holding it for twenty-seven years, is an old and experienced fireman. He has served in the Dayton department for twenty years and had risen to the rank of first assistant fire marshal, when his promotion as chief came to him. He was an able and trusted coadjutor of his predecessor and there is not the least fear that, with him as its head, the fire department of that city will not deteriorate one whit.

Chief Frank B. Ramby, Dayton, 0.
