Chief Bunker, of Cincinnati.—I wish to place in nomination the city of Cincinnati as the place for holding the 1914 annual convention. I am not the orator that the mayor of New Orleans is. but I promise if you come to Cincinnati that we will give you a good time, and what you lack in words in a speech from me will be much more than made up in the attention we will give you when you come. As this is my maiden effort in these conventions. I will ask you to excuse me for not making a lengthv speech and enumerating the many advantages which Cincinnati offers, but 1 will conclude by saying if you will come to Cincinnati nothing will be left undone to properly provide for your business sessions and your entertainment, and we will give you as good a time as New Orleans can give you. (Applause).
