Crash Starts Fire at VA Gas Station

Newport News (VA) Fire Department crews found heavy fire Tuesday morning when they responded to a crash at a gas station.

A vehicle went off the roadway and struck the pump, starting the fire, a police department official told WAVY (http://bit.ly/XXkABt). The driver, who was wanted on outstanding warrants, reportedly fled the scene on foot, but was captured not far away.
