Dwyer Heads Indiana Instructors Association
Herbert L. Dwyer, fire instructor, Indianapolis Fire Department Training School, was elected president of the Indiana Certified Fire Instructors Association during the recent annual instructors institute at Purdue University. He succeeds Ralph Ellenwood, instructor for the Fort Wayne Fire Department. This association was established two years ago for the purpose of upgrading instruction in fire departments. About 30 members attended the training course which was held January 11-15.
