Meeting Place of I.A.F.C. San Francisco Conference San Francisco's beautiful War Memorial Opera House will be the scene of the Opening Session and Memorial Services of the 1950 Conference of the International Association of Fire Chiefs, to be held in San Francisco, September 12 to 15. The Pacific Coast Inter-Mountain and the Great Lakes Divisions will hold one day meetings in San Francisco on Monday. September 11, and will then meet jointly with the International. Birthplace of the United Nations, the Opera House is one of the outstanding structures of its type in the world.
