Extensions at Covington.
Covington, Ky., has taken over that part of the plant of the Kenton Water company inside the city, consisting of a 10-in. main extending along Madison avenue, from Hicks street to the Taylor Mill turnpike road; a 4-in. main eastward along Levassor avenue, from Madison avenue, fireplugs and all attachments and the right to lay a 10-in. main in the Banklick pipe. The price paid is $3,750The city agrees to assume the contract for supplying water to the Kenton Water company’s patrons, in the territory affected, on the same terms and conditions set out in the contract entered into between the Kenton Water company and the city of Latonia on July 7, 1903.
