Fall Meeting of the New England Water-Works Association.

The fall meeting of the New England Water-Works Association will consist of an excursion of members and ladies to the Crawford House and North Conway in accordance with the following programme: Leave Boston (Boston & Lowell station) at 9.30 A. M., on Saturday, September 28; dinner at the Pemigewasset House, Plymouth; arrive at the Crawford House at 4.55 P. M. Sunday will be spent at this point and there will be a carriage ride to the summit of Mount Willard during the day. At 9.15 A. M. on Monday the journey will be continued through the Crawford Notch to North Conway, where a carriage ride will be taken to points of interest. Dinner will be had at the Kearsage House and the party will leave North Conway at 3.25 I*. M., arriving in Boston at 8.40 P. M. The price of tickets for the trip, including car fares, board and meals at hotels, and carriage rides, will be $14.

All the details of the excursion will be under the management of Raymond & Whitcomb, 296 Washington street, Boston, Mass., and all tickets must be obtained of them by members of the association on or before September 25. The return tickets will be good until October 7, Meml>ers who do not desire to purchase the round trip tickets can have rooms reserved for them at the Crawford House on application to Raymond & Whitcomb. In such cases the hotel rate will be $3 per day. For further information Dexter Brackett, president, 221 Federal street, Boston, Mass., or R. C. P.
