Durng the course of the show, a small city which is being constructed under the direction of Chief Henderson, will be burned. The city will consist of three fourstory buildings and one five-story, several cafes, theatres, churches, a department store and two engine houses. About 100 men and women will be moving about on the two streets, each 80 feet wide, running for about two blocks. Suddenly a patrolman will turn in an alarm, seven engine companies will respond and fight the fire.
