Hart Chief of San Antonio
On a recommendation of Fire and Police Commissioner Lipscomb, the City Commission of San Antonio, Texas, approved the appointment of C. A. Hart as Chief. Chief Hart has served as District Chief, and was Acting Chief since June 1, 1939.
