Fresh off his trip to Key Fire Hose’s facilities, Bill Gustin joins Mike Dugan and their panelists as they continue discussing attic fires. The focus will be on attic fires in McMansions, and tactics when ceilings that are difficult or impossible to pull, such as tin, vaulted/cathedral ceilings and tongue and groove wood are encountered. If time allows, they will also discuss “rain roofs” and the dangerous voids created when the roof line of an addition overlaps the roof of the original structure.
