New Chief at Pawtucket
At a joint meeting of the two branches of the city council of Pawtucket, R. I., November 18, Charles H. Fuller, first assistant chief, was unanimously elected chief engineer, to succeed the late Lewis F. Butler. E. L. Perry was promoted from second to first assistant and Charles A. Rogers, a call member of Hose Company No. 1, was elected second assistant chief. Chief Fuller, who has been a call man, will devote his entire time to his new position.
