NOVEMBER MEETING OF THE NEW ENGLAND WATERWORKS ASSOCIATION.
The November meeting of the New England Waterworks association will be held at headquarters, Tremont Temple, Boston, Mass., on Wednesday, November 13, 1901. The program is as follows: 10 o’clock a. m_ The rooms in Tremont Temple will be open for the use of members. 11:30 o’clock.—Meeting of the executive committee at the headquarters, Tremont Temple. 1 o’clock p m.—Lunch will be served at Young’s hotel. Tickets, $1.50, to be had at headquarters durmg the morning, and later at the hotel. 2 o’clock.— The following papers will be presented: “Pollution of streams by manufactural wastes—Methods of prevention,” by H. W. Clark, chemist Massachusetts State board of health, Boston, Mass.: “Water supplies of the State of Vermont,” by Charles P. Moat, chemist Vermont State laboratory of hygiene, Burlington, Vt.
