J. T. Martin—Commissioner of Water, Room 211, City Hall. Bell phone, Ontario 940, Station 2. General supervision of division, which designs, builds, operates and maintains Division of Water power plant, Alter plants, reservoirs and distribution system of the city Initiates policies, ordinances, bond issues and general legislation for Division of Water engineering activities.

F. B. Cowley—Registrar. Room 211, City Hall. Bell phone. Ontario 940, Station 15. Acts as deputy to commissioner. Executive supervision of all accounting, water rents division, meter reading division, permit and sales division.

A. V. Ruggles—Engineer of construction, Room 211, City Hall. Bell phone, Ontario 940, Station 14. Engineer-in-charge of all construction work on nitration plant, reservoirs, pumping stations, cribs and tunnels.

J. W. Ellms—Engineer of water puriAcation. Filtration plant, West 32nd Street and Division Avenue. Bell phone, Hemlok 524. Consulting engineer on design of nitration plant, water puriAcation investigations and general supervision of operation of present purification plants.
