Ohio Protective Firemen’s Association

The third annual convention of the Ohio Firemen’s Protective Association will be held in Toledo for three days, commencing July 29. This association is composed of 1,500 members of paid fire departments of the State, and although only two years old, it is a hustling bunch of fire-fighters. While this convention is being held the Perry Centennial celebration will also he on foot, and as Toledo has made extensive arrangements to observe this one hundredth anniversary of Perry’s great victory, the occasion will be worth going miles to attend. One of the features of the firemen’s convention will be a parade in which hundreds of fire apparatus will take part. All information desired can be obtained by writing J. R. Dutton, Chairman of Publicity Committee, in Toledo.
