PLANS are now complete for the holding of the second annual convention of the New England Association of Fire Chiefs in Boston on June 24, 25 and 26. All indications point to a large attendance and highly successful meeting. Fire Commissioner Theodore A. Glynn and Chief John O. Taber, of the Boston fire department, are leaving no stone unturned in their efforts to assure the visitors a good time during the convention and a long list of entertainment features has been provided for.

Chief John W. Moran, of Hartford, Conn., president of the association, and Chief John W. O’Hearn, of Watertown, Mass., secretary, have prepared and sent out the official program which shows addresses covering a wide variety of topics of interest and importance to fire department executives.

The display of fire apparatus and accessories in the exhibition at Mechanics’ Building promises to be one of the finest and most complete ever brought together. All the business sessions will he held in Paul Revere Hall which is upstairs in the same building where the exhibition will take place.
