PRESIDENT RICHARDS’ CONDITION.

So many inquiries having been made by the numerous friends as to the condition of President Richards’ of Atlanta, Ga., that a special telegram was sent to that city to inquire after the health of the respected president of the American Water Works Association.

The following assuring reply was received at the office of FIRE AND WATER on Thursday last:

President Richards is feeling some better this morning. His physician is very hopeful for his recovery.
