Punish Men Who Misuse Apparatus
Councilman John R. Lafean of York, Pa., demands that punishment shall be inflicted on fire company drivers who misuse apparatus. When the false report of the armistice was being celebrated, the chemical apparatus was taken out, laden with firemen, by one company and the machine was damaged to the extent of $300.
