Stonington Chief Dies

Chief Edward Teede, head of the Stonington fire department, died at his home in Stonington on November 28, at the age of 75 years. Chief Teede had been on duty until a few months ago, when he became ill. He served in the fire department of Stonington for fifty-five years and was believed to be one of the oldest chiefs in active service in the United States.
