TEST OF BAKER CELLAR PIPE.

John C. Johnson, city clerk of New Castle, Pa., thus writes to the Combination Ladder company of Providence, R. I. “Dear Sirs: The Baker cellar pipe was on exhibit at the twenty-first annual convention of the Pennsylvania State Firemen’s Convention. A practical test of the pipe was witnessed by hundreds of firemen. They were all well pleased with the working of the nozzle, and all agree that the efficiency of any fire department is increased by using the Baker cellar pipe. Yours respectfully, JAMES H. BROWN, Chairman Exhibit Committee of the Twenty-first Annual Convention Pennsylvania State Firemen’s Association. NEW CASTLE, PA., Oct. 4, 1900.”
