The Chicago Tournament.
President Hayes and his Cabinet, excepting Postmaster-General Key, will arrive in Chicago on the morning of the 3d of September. In the forenoon the distinguished party will review the procession and help inaugurate with eclat the National Firemen’s Tournament. The procession will consist of the Chicago Fire Department, about 100 visiting Fire Companies, the entire first brigade of the Illinois National Guards, numbering about 4,500 men, and various veteran and civic organisations, such as desire to take part in the demonstration. During the afternoon the Presid-nt will receive the veterans | who will escort him to and from the depot. In the j evening there will be a grand reception tendered the President, which will take place in the parlors and corridors of the Grand Pacific Hotel.

Up to the time of going to press, the following j entries have been made for tlje Chicago Tourna-
from Lawrence, Mass., hav% signified their intention of entering, providing satisfactory arrangements can be made with the railroads ; and a considerable number of Companies from various points have been in correspondence with the proper authorities, and will no doubt enter before the Tournament opens.
