Advices from Spring Lake, Mich., inform us that the entire Fire Department has resigned. At a recent fire two firemen indulged in profanity when the full force of a stream struck them. President Blitz of the village discharged them on the spot, whereupon the whole department resigned. They say they won’t work unless the two discharged members are reinstated.
