A wooden tugboat caught fire in Newport Beach Saturday, reports NBC Los Angeles.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a fire near the Newport Harbor Yacht Club at around 2:30 a.m, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
The 76-foot tug boat that was in the waters fully engulfed in flames.
The boat, built in 1942 and named William B, had at least 60 gallons of fuel on board.
