Gas engine-gas producer power will be used; pumping from caisson wells to proposed reservoir on Cedar Hill, whence the water supply will be delivered under about 80 pounds in the borough for use, through about ten miles of mains, while every street will be supplied with electric current for street lighting and commercial use.
