Investigators in Dallas are working to determine the cause of a deadly fire that broke out early Monday at a duplex.
Emergency crews arrived just before 6 a.m. at the home in the 10600 block of Boedeker Street and discovered two individuals inside one residence. One person died after being transported to the hospital; the other remains in critical condition.
A firefighter suffered a leg injury during the incident and was taken to the hospital but is reported to be in stable condition.
