The North Windham, Conn. Volunteer Fire Department was the winner of a new pumper in the annual free fire truck contest sponsored by Emergency One, Inc. The truck was drawn on the floor of the International Association of Fire Chief's Convention in Miami Beach, Fla., and the winner was named from more than 20,000 entries.
