School Bus Emergencies Part 2: HANDICAPPED TRANSPORT

On April 5, 1983, a two-ton flat-bed truck, loaded with one farm plow and towing another, was traveling southbound on a two-lane highway near Holmesville, NY. A 40-passenger school bus with 20 adults onboard was following the flatbed truck at a distance of about 100 feet.
