Firefighters Rescue Victims After Car Crashes into Erie (PA) House

Firefighters rescued women who were trapped after a car crashed into a home late Thursday in Erie, Pennsylvania.

All of the women suffered moderate injuries, according to the Erie Times-News (http://bit.ly/1mPYbkk), and were transported to area hospitals. No one in the home was injured.

When fire crews arrived, they found two women who had exited the vehicle, with another woman in the back seat and the driver trapped. They used extrication equipment to free the trapped victim.

Firefighter Response to Natural Gas Leaks and Emergencies

According to AlertPage, the call was complicated by a major unreachable gas leak in the basement of the structure.
