Hurst Jaws of Life Names Patti Plemmons as Customer Service Manager

Hurst Jaws of Life, an industry leading global manufacturer of rescue tools, has named Patti Plemmons as Customer Service Manager. Plemmons brings 15 years of customer service, sales and marketing, product management and organizational training experience. Plemmons will oversee all customer service strategy and team members for Hurst. She will be tasked with looking for opportunities to improve efficiencies as well as grow the existing program in creative and dynamic ways.

Plemmons comes to Hurst from Warren Rupp, another IDEX business unit; IDEX Corporation is Hurst’s parent company. Plemmons served as global customer service manager at Warren Rupp before becoming product manager for the Pumper Parts brand. Prior to these roles, she was the director of sales, education and training for Total Systems Integration, Inc. (TSI). Plemmons received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a concentration in psychology from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.
