Tim Olk shared some photos from a recent roadway incident in the village of Lyons, Illinois.

On April 21, 2019, Lyons (IL) Fire Department placed a special call for a foam task force from the Chicago Fire Department because of an incident in which a car slid under a gasoline tanker truck with a victim entrapped.
