One Dead in Explosion at IN Fertilizer Plant

One person was killed in an explosion today at a fertilizer in plant in Union Mills, Indiana.

Two others were being evaluated for injuries, but the Associated Press reported that all other people at the Union Mills Co-op were accounted for (http://abcn.ws/15zNl6G).

The incident comes about two months after the devastating explosion at a fertilizer plant in West, Texas, which killed 14 people (including 10 firefighters) and injured more than 200.
