STEVEN T. EDWARDS, director of the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute, has been appointed to the advisory council for the American Council on Education`s College Credit Recommendation Service (formerly ACE/PONSI). The service is dedicated to establishing educational credit equivalencies for learning acquired outside educational institutions and assisting such institutions to improve their service to adult learners.
