The Windsor Heights (WV) Volunteer Fire Department replaced a smaller vehicle with this JB-RES-Q rescue truck. It performs a variety of duties, according to Chief David E. Arthurs. The department uses the truck for first-responder calls for the county EMS provider, for rescue calls, as a personnel squad, and as a command center for extended emergencies.
